Hybrid Stepper motors

HB stepper motor is a stepper motor designed by combining the advantages of permanent magnet (PM) and reactive type (VR). It has the advantages of small step angle, high control accuracy and high output torque with good dynamic performance. The rotor of the hybrid stepper motor is embedded in a permanent magnet, and the rotor itself is magnetic.

When a current passes through the control winding, it generates a magnetic potential, which interacts with the magnetic potential generated by the permanent magnet to generate electromagnetic torque and make the rotor produce stepping motion.

1. Motor Frame Number: indicates the external dimensions of the motor (10x imperial unit).

2. Motor Type: "H" indicates hybrid stepper motor.

3. Step Angle Classification： "D" indicates step angle 1.8º large torque (large rotor)

"A" indicates step angle 1.8º (small rotor)

"T" indicates step angle 0.9º

"E" indicates step angle 1.2º

"S" indicates step angle 3.75°

"N" indicates step angle 3.6°

4. Motor End Cover Structure: C：inner step structure (except: 23HD and 24HE series)

B：Ultra-thin end cover (mainly on 17HX/14HX series)

F：Waterproof motors

5. Motor Body Length Code.

6、Number of Motor Leads：0 for socket type；1 for 3-wire；2 for 4-wire；3 for 5-wire；4 for 6-wire；

5 for 8-wire.

7. Motor Parameters: different resistance or inductance.

8. Different wire sequences, lead wires and terminals.

9. Different output shafts.

10. Double Shaft Extension And Customised Mounting Holes： S：double shaft extension；

M：customised mounting holes for threads；

T：screw protrusion；

B：shaft milling flat.

11. Customised Requirements: general indicates the lead-in length of wire type motor.
