A stepper motor is a motor that converts electrical pulse signals into corresponding angular or linear displacements. The output angular or linear displacement is proportional to the number of pulses input, and the speed is proportional to the pulse frequency. Therefore, stepper motor is also called pulse motor. HB stepper motor is a stepper motor designed by combining the advantages of permanent magnet (PM) and reactive type (VR). It has the advantages of small step angle, high control accuracy and high output torque with good dynamic performance. The rotor of the hybrid stepper motor is embedded in a permanent magnet, and the rotor itself is magnetic. When a current passes through the control winding, it generates a magnetic potential, which interacts with the magnetic potential generated by the permanent magnet to generate electromagnetic torque and make the rotor produce stepping motion.
