Core-less Motor

Core-less Motor using mechanical commutation, the magnetic pole does not move, the coil rotates. When the motor works, the coil and commutator rotate, the magnet and carbon brush do not rotate, and the alternating change of coil current direction is done by the commutator and brush that rotate with the motor. The core-less rotor, also called hollow shaft rotor, is adopted. This novel rotor structure completely eliminates the power loss caused by the formation of eddy currents in the iron core. Because there is no iron loss, its efficiency is higher than that of ordinary miniature DC motors, and its coil is the rotor, which has a small rotational inertia and is easy to control.
