Construction of Minke Park RB Motor (Guangzhou) Intelligent Industrial Park begins

The project adopts a monolithic mega-building scheme, with a total construction area of 63,000 square metres and 13 floors, including three major sections: manufacturing centre, sky garden and R&D centre. The entire manufacturing system is digitalised and intelligent to form an efficient logistics system, an efficient and intensive production system and an effective quality assurance system; the seventh floor is the Sky Garden, which contains various recreational areas such as a fitness area, a book bar, a central court and an air track. Above the sky garden, there are laboratories, R&D centres and administrative offices. The project will take 24 months to complete and is expected to be operational by June 2024.
